TZMD-BLD-NC is a navigation function component designed for magnetic navigation automatic guided vehicles (AGV). It is developed on the 1 drive 2 DC brushless drive TZMD-BLD-2S and TZMD-MGS-0B/0A platform. The product enables the AGV brushless DC motor drive to be self-tracking. The use of this product eliminates the need for development of AGV motor motion control and significantly reduces AGV development time.

| Protective function | Power output limit function The motor output power can be limited. For details, please refer to the function configuration. Magnetic navigation sensor off-line protection When the magnetic navigation sensor does not sense the magnetic stripe signal, the motor output will be stopped. Motor short circuit protection When the motor output current is monitored for more than 10 times the rated current for a short time, the motor output will be stopped. Motor overload, overcurrent protection When monitoring the motor output current exceeds the rated motor current, please refer to the overload characteristic curve to stop the motor output. Motor stall protection When the motor is detected to be in the state, the motor output will be stopped. Hall sensor error When the Hall sensor signal error is detected, the motor output will be stopped. Magnetic navigation sensor off-line protection After the magnetic stripe signal interruption time exceeds the set time T, the motor output will be stopped.
