TZ-5B 5*10mm AGV Navigation Buried Magnetic Stripe

The TZ-5B embedded navigation magnetic strip is used in conjunction with the magnetic navigation sensor to guide the heavy-duty AGV trolley to run on the designed channel. The laying is simple and convenient, and the project price is cheap. It is widely used in large-scale automated terminal cargo warehousing and warehousing freight stations, outdoor logistics transfer centers and other high-flow and heavy-load AGV vehicles and other occasions. Installation Tips

(1) Dig trenches along the route
Fix the AGV route and use related equipment to ditch the ground. During the excavation process, ensure the ditch depth and ditch width (the thickness of two cutting blades).
(2) Put the TZ-6B into the trench with the N pole facing up.

Attention

 

1. The navigation magnetic strip can be connected with the iron material floor, but cannot be buried in the iron floor, because this will reduce the magnetic flux of the navigation belt.

2.. The navigation magnetic strip is close to the magnet, which may disturb the magnetic field distribution. Strong magnetism (about 1KGs or more) close to the navigation magnetic strip may change the magnetic field distribution of the navigation magnetic strip.

3. Normal driving route, the mutual distance should exceed 500 mm

4. Iron powder sticking to the navigation magnetic strip may cause a decrease in magnetic flux density. The adhering iron powder on the navigation magnetic strip should be removed regularly.

5. The connection gap at either end of the navigation magnetic strip should be less than 2mm.
